My Project:
INcLüDe Kit
(Inclusive Neurodiverse
Learning & Development Kit)

Problem Statment
Neurodiverse students in low-income government schools in Tamil Nadu face significant barriers to engagement and learning due to a lack of resources, knowledge, and support among school stakeholders. This exclusion leads to missed educational opportunities and a widening gap in their academic and social development.
Vision of the Project
To create equitable and inclusive education systems in Tamil Nadu that empower all students, particularly those who are neurodiverse, ensuring that no child is excluded from education and that every school is equipped with the resources and knowledge to meet diverse needs.
Enhanced Engagement: Increase the engagement levels of neurodiverse students in classrooms by implementing the INCLUDE Kit, resulting in a more inclusive learning environment.
Resource Availability: Equip at least 50 primary schools with the INCLUDE Kit and related training, ensuring that facilitators are confident in using the resources.
Improved Teacher Training: Conduct training sessions for teachers and facilitators, enhancing their understanding and skills in supporting neurodiverse students effectively.
Increased Awareness: Foster a culture of inclusivity and understanding within school communities, leading to improved attitudes toward neurodiversity among staff, students, and parents.
Data-Driven Impact Assessment: Establish a baseline and endline assessment to measure the project’s impact on student engagement and learning outcomes, ensuring continuous improvement and scalability.
