CarniVol, Bhumi’s Festival of Volunteering, is celebrated to unleash the power of volunteering with fellow friends and family members. This annual Bhumi’s event is conducted every year from March 24 to April 2. Volunteers pick a cause of their choice and celebrate it by conducting series of social welfare activities throughout the week.
CarniVol Intern
Primary Responsibilities include but not limited to
- Reach out to, orient, support and train Bhumi’s Campus Ambassadors in implementing activities effectively
- Increase participation of school children, college students and young professionals
Internship period
- Joining date: Immediate
- Expected commitment: 5-8 weeks
- Location: Bhumi office, Chennai / virtual
Certificate & Recognition
- Certificate will be provided on successful completion
- Exceptional interns will also receive awards & letters of recommendation
- Exposure to working with an NGO sector
Recruiter, Communication and Promotions – HR Intern
Primary Responsibilities include but not limited to
- Shortlist profiles and select the best candidates by conducting first level interviews
- Maintain candidates right from recruitment, selection, orientation till training
- Handle communications and promote through social media and highlight the event in all possible medium.

- Expected commitment: 5-8 weeks
- Location: Bhumi office, Chennai / virtual
