The Ethics committee at Bhumi addresses ethical issues.
All Physical / Mental / Emotional / Sexual Harassment of:
- Bhumians including Volunteers and Employees, complaints will have to be reported to the POSH committee here
- Beneficiaries will have to be reported to the Child Protection Committee on [email protected]

To help us take appropriate actions within a short time, we urge you to
- whenever available and possible please provide detailed information (including proof)
- share your name and contact details to contact you if more details are required related to the incident
The Ethics Committee comprises:
- Bhargav Chandrababu: Director, Digital Marketing at Sprinklr, Bhargav has volunteered with Bhumi since 2007. He currently is a Board Member and actively mentors the Marketing and Communications team.
- Jayashri Sampath: Business analyst at Preludesys, Jaishri volunteered actively with Bhumi between 2010-2013.
- Purnendu Singh: Vice President, BNY Mellon, Purnedu has volunteered with Bhumi since 2006.
- Santhosh Lakshmi: Search Engine Evaluator @ Appen Global, Santhosh Lakshmi has volunteered with Bhumi since 2010. She currently is a Board Member and conceived Bhumi’s EcoChamps program in 2018.
- Vivek Agrawal: Director – Operations & HR at Bhumi, Vivek has volunteered with Bhumi since 2007 and came onboard full time in
2014.
